That's about $6,000 for a couple aspirin to make my headache go away. And now if I wish to maintain compatibility with Office 2016.I have to upgrade my users. I've had to go online to solve so many problems or find where simple options/tools are now hidden in the three weeks of using it that I'm ashamed to say I actually still use the software. People have referenced this type of unauthorized hijack as malware. Last week, it was upgrading Creative Cloud and then spend hours on how to get rid of the Creative Cloud Files section in the navigation pane of Windows Explorer. I started that call with Dell since it was OEM software I was dealing with, so I've got a witness. Then I was told that they don't support my issue over the phone and I HAD to use online Chat. DONE! LOL.Ī few weeks ago it was HOURS on the phone with Adobe Support because a FRESHLY PURCHASED product wouldn't activate. A bunch of money hungry idiots with no customer service or appreciation.
